It's a really cozy place in a location. Right next to both bus stations - in and out from the city and (probably) easily accessible with a car. The waitress spoke English, though I tried to communicate with my little Latvian skills and she was friendly. Food was really cheap (3,20€ for the plate of chicken meatballs and a side dish) and tasty. Nothing special, but it's not a gourmet place afterall. I would recommend this place definitely!
