If you Consider to play bowling... take those socks with no holes with you. 1-Bowling Alley is outdated. 2-Bowls are in such a bad condition that you can barely see the size. 3-Bowling shoes are stretched so its not so easy to figure out your size. 4-When we were allocated the lane the table was still dirty from previous visitors and there was soda spilled all over the chairs. I had to go and twice for someone to come and clean that mess up. 5-Toilets are dirty. 6-When you look around the place just feels dirty. 7-We tried to call and reserve as it states on the website but no one picked up. We tried calling more than 20 times, from different phones. A friend of ours had to drive there to get a booking. 8-The arcade games are outdated and some of them simply don't work. (the names on score board were still spelled completely wrong) We went there to play billiard, there is just one table ( on the second floor ) and it's best to make a reservation before you go. You receive the balls at the register, which is located on the first floor and the sticks are at the pool table upstairs. There are a couple of cons: there are tables around who can watch you play, people walk by and disturb you, there is a kids playzone, so it's loud. Pros: tasty latte, had a great time, loud music, so you don't hear the kids as much. This place is terrible. Nothing works right and the saff is rude. We are paying 18 eur /h but the lane or track where we are playing does not work. It does not count points and it does not start a new game. So you are paying to just stand around there and wait while the machine is broken. Once we went to talk to the staff - she was rude and told us to just leave if we have a problem, she can just shut it down. The customer service is just terrible. They didn’t picked up the phone more that 50 times and when they did picked it up, they we’re talking like I did something bad to them. 2. Service was horrible, in the middle of service, girls just started to shout out loud about smoking brakes, after that just went on a smoke break, and we couldn’t get our sized boots for bouling. Anyway, nice way to spend free time, but staff is horrible. Made a reservation for a lane for friday at 13:00…., but it turned out that the lanes are open only from 15:00, which WASN’T mentioned on the website and the person on the phone didn’t find neccessary to mention. Surely wan’t a nice surprise, since I had other things planned for the day and it was stated on the website that the opening time for the lanes on fridays and saturdays is 12:00. Didn’t end up returning to bowl at 15:00 as well, since the attitude of the workers left a bad taste in my mouth.
