Great place for kids. large for toddlers and babies. Large slide, lots to climb and crawl under. decent cafe and friendly staff. Great local attraction Nice wee enclosed for toddlers however door pushes open so isn’t secure. Toddler toys could do with being replaced as many where broken (not a huge range) Good sized centre however definitely for who can be trusted to on their own. I’m quite a petit adult and struggled to get round the soft with my toddler. Tables all nice and clean , we didn’t eat but food on other tables look lovely and fresh. Good pricing too. Really convenient for my family as we live just around the corner. City offers a great venue for your to run riot. The soft is bigger than you'd expect and provides my nephew with hours of fun. The cafe has a great range of food and drink available. The staff are really friendly your will make friends easily and you can get on with catching up with friends or doing whatever it is you like to do. There is baby changing available, wheel chair access to the entrance and inside the facility, the entrance is secured so that you can only be let In by an employee. To exit there is a button out of reach of children by the door. Safe and well priced place to go. Could use with T.V and Wi-Fi. Granddaughter loved it. Would be a good idea to charge a lower price for under half an hour, which is enough for my granddaughter. Certainly is for me running after her 🤣 If you have a baby or small toddler, big NO! Website says that it’s free for under 11 months but staff charged £3 per kid (see photo). The “baby” is pretty useless, every toy is broken and not working. Almost nothing really for babies to do. The worse part is that the staff around don’t look and reinforce that the “under 4 area” is for under 4s and not for the big that enter it all the time running and jumping around the babies. Awful experience. Visited hear with my one year old compared to the one in eastkilbride it's very limited and very small only a hand full of broken toys Payed 7.50 for around 30 mins very over prices Eastkilbride £3 for a two hour play And around 10 x the size and much more activities will not visit again so if your looking for a good for your toddler not this one Nice place. Seems like it'd be great for older who can be left to run around as the climbing frames looked really good. But I went with a 1 year old and it was not a great experience. All the toys were broken/ not working. The toddler also doesn't have much to it. I've been to places where there's sensory things, objects they can push over, ball pools etc. But here it was one set of climbing steps, a swinging thing and a slide. We left after 10mins. Visited whilst staying locally for a few days. Very clean and quiet on a Friday afternoon in school holidays. 4 year old had a great time, much better than many we've been to! Large enough for under 4s. Nice café and friendly staff. Came here with my 1 year old daughter, which I would absolutely not recommend. The toddler is basically a pen, nothing to with or climb on, broken toys and one slide which no baby could get up.
