Turned up this morning after I stupidly forgot to complete check out for the 10.30am tickets and when I tried to complete they disappeared from my basket. I went to reception and spoke to a really man who told me not to worry he could help us in. I had my husband and 2 kids waiting in the car and they were delighted. We couldn't have imagined the amount of available to view and they were all iconic! Mostly ones from our childhood (we're nearing 40) so it was to see gleaming examples of cosworths plus all the old lambos my boys were obsessed with. Walked in, friendly welcomed us, straight away, Porsche & Lamborghini tractors, the original mint Alfa Romeos, to Astons, Lambos, and a stunning Jaguar E-Type. There's 100+ bikes from various eras too. There's a great wee cafe too, so grab a cuppa and a roll for the walk. We met dozens of car enthusiasts from all over and i loved hearing the story about the Lotus Cortina, the actual car used in the Great Train Robbery. Highly recommend getting yourself along for a tour. It was my first time here, and I didn't know what to expect. So I was blown away by this well-kept secret hidden in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, pretty much on my doorstep. This private of exotic and rare and motorcycles was absolutely fantastic. Entry has to be pre-booked, and it's not cheap, but for me, it was well worth it. This place is a must for any car or motorcycle enthusiast. The on is amazing & the are super friendly & helpful. Also all proceeds go charity, so if you’re looking for somewhere different to visit, this is the place to go. I visited on a cold November and it certainly beats an outdoor event at that time of year. Having said that, it didn't have the atmosphere of a car meet and didn't have the variety of a museum. As an example seeing a McLaren SLR is amazing, but somehow seeing a row of them loses impact. It's still a great and all of the are flawless. It was very busy when I was there, I was terrified of catching a zip on one of the cars. There were also a couple of that were covered with displays, so you couldn't see the car. It's only been open a couple of years at this point and I think it'll mature and become better as the years go by, hopefully they can talk to a curator about how to more effectively some of the treasures they have. What a place😍 Something for everyone to see including from all eras, crazy of motorbikes and even BMX’s and racing bikes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wow absolutely loved going round this incredible showroom, the attention to detail on every car was mind blowing! The interiors were as stunning as the exteriors. It’s always good to see former pupils do well for themselves and David Moulsdale has certainly done that. I was aware of David’s involvement in charity and delighted in his establishment of the Moulsdale Foundation HQ and Museum, locally in Bishopbriggs. His endeavours for charity are plentiful and his recent offers of public access to the Moulsdale Foundation at Westerhill Rd is another fund raiser. My grandchildren from Singapore were visiting last week. Torryn in particular loves cars, particularly the supercars, and delights in seeing them often in his hometown. What a great surprise and delight a to the would be. Having worked with David’s brother, Gordon, at Bishopbriggs Academy I made contact with him to organise a visit. Short notice, but they both came up with the goods. On entering the the was a delight from the start. The were very welcoming and made a great fuss of Torryn and Vivienne whose excitement almost matched that of their Papa. knowledge of the numerous on was excellent and was enhanced by the IT screens detailing even more information of the and their history and ownership. The McLaren models took Torryn’s attention. A delight to see and with mind blowing value they were accompanied by many other supercars including Porsche, Lamborghini and Aston Martin. There were excellent examples of Ford Capris, Escorts and other specials on display. An e-type jag and an MG roadster brought back some memories. I cannot fail to mention the detailed finishing on all the vehicles on view, even the Porsche and Lamborghini tractors were shining. The car is superb but the Superbikes on are fabulous too. A to the Moulsdale Foundation will appeal to Parents and Children alike, not to mention the grandparents. There are many classic cars, limited edition and vintage of various brands in the museum, which is quite eye-catching. However, the distance between the exhibits seems too cramped. For some vehicles, such as Ferrari, the rear is almost invisible, and the railings are particularly close to the vehicles, making it impossible to take a complete photo. It is hoped that the layout can be adjusted to be more spacious to obtain a better experience.
