Location is clean and bright. are friendly and kids loved the two hours permitted for play. £19 for two children and an extra £2 per adult but we weren’t charged for the adults. I’m not sure if this is just our luck or because it was early morning weekday. Food selection is what you think it will be. Panini’s etc and the portion sizes are good. I assume this place gets busy during the weekends so would recommend calling before hand to see if any space is available. Second myself and my children have visited here. We have found this cleaner than other plays (others commonly have inaccessible areas which are filthy with dust/crisp wrappers) the were particularly friendly, and interacted with the kids on arrival. Pre booking is recommended and the whole venue could be closed off for parties. Pricing is as you would expect for a this size (3 storey, medium sized). There are 3 areas, the main area, a small toddler (less impressive, felt empty with only 1 slide) and a baby which was extremely well padded out. The coffee was good, and obviously my 3year old demolished her slush puppy. The under 3’s has a slide and an empty ball pit. The baby (under 2’s) only entertained him for 10 minutes. Really not for under 3’s. The also allowed me to stand waiting to order a coffee for a long without acknowledging me while they stood chatting amongst themselves. Wouldn’t go back. My little boy who is 2 loved it he was able to do the main himself. The food is and the price is as well. Have been going to Playtown with my son for a year or so now and had always had a great to decided to book them for his 5th birthday party, and they couldn't have been more helpful. The booking process was easy, the team contacted me ahead of to make arrangements for on the day, and then on the day of the the were all so helpful and friendly, and generally made it all so easy for us. I have been a few times, it's as you can see in the without having to go in, however I went back today, I understand it's the weekend and it will be busy but as I went in it was clearly busy however we were squeezed in. After about an hour in the were still letting large groups in despite it been clearly way too busy the kids were all bumping into each other became bit to dangerous for mine. Having toddlers I can't always control were they go unfortunately there is no gate or safety precaution in place to stop any child running into the kitchen. Be if this could be considered. We attended Town for my 4-year-old's birthday party, and I can't express enough how easy the made everything, from booking to children's allergies. Nothing was too much to ask, and they always went above and beyond. Thanks again - we'll definitely be back! Great place for younger kids 8 and under. food cheaper than most and a great size so no matter where you sit you can see 90% of the area. My 4 year old artists child loves it. Brilliant place , My husband & I take our grandsons on a Thursday, are fabulous and go above & beyond, my grandson took not well and the did all they could to help & even phoned the next day to see how he was, they both love their at the as do we. All was going well until my little girl dropped her brand new toy (she was told repeatedly to leave it in the bag) down the side of the rainbow slides close to closing time. The 2 members (sorry I never got their names) went above and beyond helping me try and get this toy out from under the slide as it was all enclosed. After allot of tears on her part the managed to get it back out for us and saved me from having a very upset little girl tonight! Thank you so much to the amazing and helpful girls once again!
