Sweet papaya fruit juice from a lovely owner. Great place to chill on their sunny terrace and enjoy the view. This delightful rustic juice bar has wonderful views down the valley and up the mountains and the stunning colourful layered rock formations. Sit with a juice, the best I have tasted and admire the views. Parrots in the seating area and parking near by. They sell fresh fruit and local produce too. Cash only no card payments. I wanted to see this Puddletown when I arrived I was slightly disappointed as it was dirty. Nevertheless the hike up there is worth the views. Its not long but especially at the beginning steep. Not many people at all Beautiful location, absolutely blown away by the views and everyone walking was so happy. You must be warned that the path is very steep, a tough walk up and a real struggle if you’re not on form (or like me after a night on the beer)! Went early april and the waterfall was great and the pools small but fine for a dip to cool off. Beautiful scenery. Worth the stop and photoshoot. Nice mountains but it was a little bit difficult to get there.. we went with a car and the road trip was somehow long with a lot of curves Los Azulejos is a fascinating natural wonder, featuring stunning rainbow-colored rock formations that are definitely worth a visit. The vibrant colors of the rocks make it a unique sight in Gran Canaria. However, we struggled to find the path leading to the waterfall and brook, which was a bit disappointing. I highly recommend checking independent travel blogs for detailed directions before heading out, as we missed out by not doing so. Despite that, the site itself is beautiful and offers a glimpse of the island’s striking geology. Fresh juices and great views near by the rocky pools hiking. This place is a must NOTE: if there's no water running of the mountain on the roadside then the rock pool WILL be dried up. Still an incredible hike up, not an easy hike. The beginning is sign posted with a wooden post We did the loop clock-wise, so that the steep incline is at the beginning (recommend to do so). Definitely download the map (Alltrails) because the route is barely marked and it's easy to take a wrong turn. When you reach this little pool at the beginning, you have to cross it and then go up (we just continued up before the pool as it seemed to have a proper trail but ended up on a random cliff and it was hard! to get down again). The descent has a lot of loose gravel and rocks, easy to fall, so make sure you have proper shoes. Amazing! some beautiful hidden spots if you don't mind a steep hike and a bit of scrambling to get to the best bits. Lots of birds, lizards, bugs etc if you're a fan of nature and wildlife. Plus the unique rock formations and colours 😁 oh definitely wear appropriate grippy shoes!
