We had a wonderful down to the beach and back through the forest with two beautiful and well trained horses, big thanks to Jessica for the tour! We only did the walking pony ride, but the kids had fun nonetheless. They cleaned the ponies before riding them, which was cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have booked a 2hr but we were shortchanged for only an 1hr ride. Even though they have cancelled the rides for our 2 kids and refunded the money but the adults are being charged for 2 hrs but only had a 1 hr to only near the beach and back. We agree to this 1 hr after the leader Jes suggested. But this is not what we anticipated and we thought they will be sincere to do a refund to us. We drove 1.5 hrs to the island just to experience this horse riding but we was unexpectedly disappointing. The Additional refund was not given back to us just because the kids had some ice creams which cost much lesser than the 1hr x 2. It should have been managed better overall in terms of customer experience. I can only mentioned the good service rendered by the young ladies on the ground but not the riding experience. Lovely horses, guides and ponies. Each of them took perfect care of our three kids (3, 5, 7). We will come back for sure! Thank you for this great experience and the photos and videos. I definitely recommend coming here and going on one of the beach rides or taking a lesson if you’re around! I really reccommend it! They are very nice people and the trip was fantastic. Beautiful places, good-temperature horses, and the trip leader was very kind! I was travelling more than 6 hours for that, I didn't regret it. 😁💗 thanks for the fun ride! the girls working there are super nice, the horses are in a good shape and the beach and were wonderful! 10/10 would do again Horse riding was great.
