Just to say a massive thank you to andrew and all the guys at nd aquatics I ordered two aquariums all glass 36x24x18 nothing was to much trouble thay today and thay was 1000% above my expectations and I am a fussy customer !!! its the 1st that I have purchased form nd and it won't be the last if you are looking to buy an you have tried the rest now go to the best nd aquatics wonce again thank you so much 1 very happy customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ One of the most companies I’ve dealt with for a long time! My old sprang a leak on Tuesday evening. I contacted them via their website and they called me early the next morning. By the following Monday my new tank, custom made to fit an unusual size was delivered in pristine condition and looks amazing. Andrew’s customer service was second to none and I would recommend them to anyone. PLEASE AVOID! - My with Nd Aquatics was probably the worst I have ever encountered with any retailer in my 40 years.... Please excuse my long post however it's imperative that you take the to read my so that you can void the awful that i encountered too. Initially i drive 2 hours to the retailer to discuss my requirements. Everything in the discussion was clear and they guaranteed that they would have my order completed by the date that i requested. I ordered a 6 ft but i wanted my hood and to be in solid pine wood. This cost an extra £550 on top of the price of the being £1617. They ensured me that it would be of a very high finish. When it i could not believe my eyes. The photos are attached. It was absolutely horrendous. I stated my concerns. The owner was very rude and said you are just trying to get money off the price. Then he said to me that he would do his best to come back and rectify the poor workmanship of the and hood. They never returned and said they were too busy and the owner said he has too much going on in his life and he didn't have to discuss my concerns. Most unprofessional. He was exceptionally rude to me in my house accusing me of being a difficult customer and stating that he did not want to hear from me that i was concerned about the of the product. I just explained that when you pay a premium price for a premium product you expect a premium in return. This was clearly not the case. They have been reported to Trading Standards for investigation. Please do not purchase you from ND Aqautics as i'm very confident that you will be most disappointed. Tortoise Table Do not trust this business to make what they say they will and expect them to put it right. Shocking service after spending north of £550 with them. Oh in case they say I did not buy from them please see the mail trail below. By the way I did not contact them as they said, as can be seen earlier, they would contact me to arrange🤦‍♂️. Since this they have refused to fix or pay £60 for a chippy an accuse me of damaging the door hinge fixing. Yes I know I should deal directly with the retailer but I feel sorry for them given it’s all be caused by ND aquatics I had my first tank, and hood from ND Aquatics in 2014 and the service and was excellent so when we decided to have a new kitchen and needed a a new I gave them a call. Andrew was brilliant and understood the need the for getting the to me at a specific to combine with the kitchen fitter. Andrew pulled out all the stops called me the week of the delivery and confirmed the date, the driver called me the night before the delivery and text me when is was 1 hour away. He was bang on and helped me get the in place. The of the is far beyond anything you can buy that is mass produced and the service is excellent. Thank you to Andrew and the team at ND Aquatics I ordered a new aquarium, was in no rush as was going on holiday and gave me something to look forward to when I came home. Fast forward a few weeks and it's arrived. I am blown away by the of the and cabinet. When it the most driver helped me get it inside. It was a breeze considering the glass alone weighs 150kg plus. I was worried only 2 of us but everything worked out spot on. If you want cheap and fast delivery, go elsewhere. If you want the best, then be prepared to wait a little, it will be worth it. Andrew was so every I spoke with him. Thanks so much for an amazing piece of furniture and a new home for my fish. Would i recommend nd aquatics yes I would 100% i ordered my first custom build from these guys and what an amazing when ordering my i asked how long roughly would it take to be delivered and was told around 8 weeks and I was very happy with that but 2 weeks later I got a phone call and was told my is ready and I was over the moon and nervous at the same as I had never had a built before but when the turned up I was amazed on how well it was built it looked amazing i have a few extras like opit white glass front and sides the is finished in a very nice matt grafite and I know for sure if I get another built I will 100% be going back to them so thank u nd aquatics for an amazing job Excellent and Service from Dom and Andrew. I have had a disaster with my last fish from a previous company, which flooded the house and caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. So you can appreciate my concerns in ordering a new but rest assured, this Fish is excellent and the service and attention to detail has been second to none. The is beautiful and has been finished to a very high standard. The steel work is beautifully aligned and the sump fits in with the option to remove a bar so the sump can come out. The of the and the seals are top class and the base is a ‘Double Base’ to give extra strength and support. There is also a very large range of finishes for the and I called the company direct and got samples to test, in my dining room. The wood is all sealed to prevent water expansion. The communication has been excellent and everything was confirmed in email and as expected. I have had the running for approximately 3 months now and there is no issues and would recommend this company to anyone would like a custom Fish Tank. Thank you Andrew and Dom. Got a 5x2x2 from them, the is incredible! The and hood is made off solid wood and the itself just looks beautiful. I went with optiwhite glass which really makes a difference when I compare it to my other tanks. Very happy and highly recommend! Went to ND Aquatics to order fish tank. Being 8ft long we wanted good advice on what we required. We were given and friendly advice and ordered a tank. This was delivered quickly and efficiently. The driver was most and considerate. On examining the we realised that it had been made to a very high standard and that the sliding roof panels was most impressive.Also the pelmet was extremely attractive. They listened to what I wanted and were advising me about different glass and colour background I wanted. Then when the was ready I couldn’t be at home to take delivery and it was no problem to them to hold my for 2 weeks. I payed the balance and the the next day at 11.30 am, it was on a pallet packed Superbly, unpacked it and got it into the living room.
