However, everybody in this town loves this restaurant and it was recommend to us, so maybe my taste is a bit different as I’m not from here. I just like my steak, very very tender and juicy. Here the steaks are thinner, tougher, and not as juicy and they have a very strong meaty taste. For my understanding that’s how they like it here. Amazing! Last week I was with fam & friend at the beach in Campomarino, after suggestions from we decided to try this restaurant & italian braceria in Maruggio, 10 km away. ....wooooow!!! The was just delicious! We even decided to bring same home to cook the day after! We had salsiccia, veal, pork and beef but more was available. I still remember the involtini house special! Owner & all the staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable about all the food - all locally sourced! Well done & we will be back!! Good if you're into grill houses and Very tasty food. It turned out to be a fantastic restaurant with local specialties and great selection of local wines! If you like this is your perfect place. We found fhe welcome super friendly and language barrier was no problem in ordering some tasty chicken kebabs with salad and potatoes.
