Great value on a Tuesday will definitely be back Really nice place for the kids.Ecerything was brilliant except food.If food was better would easily get 5 stars. Visited recently, great soft for toddlers! My daughter loved it, and it was very reasonably priced. We visited on a weekday so didn’t have to wait long before we were allocated a lane. The experience was decent but nothing to write home about. Fantastic alley with arcade and soft centre. Only lost a star because I think there should be more arcade for the little ones also and because parking is horrendous. Great place for families & groups. Bring plenty of change. This review is for the cove, tbf we haven't been any other part of the building.. but always seem like the are chilled, short of staff, feel like there should be an extra set of hands, although the that are there are more than happy to help.. just the that's a little annoying, but its not their fault and they always smiling.. loved it This place is seriously understaffed! I was stood at the counter for around 4-5 minutes without a member of even around trying to book in. When I tried to order a drink, I was for 10-12 minutes while the one member of was signing people in to play. The food we ordered (hot dogs, chips and nuggets) was good, but guess what, it took ages coming! The were pleasant but having 1 member in the kitchen and one for everything else on a rainy day during half term is ridiculous. Let's talk about the parking. So I've took my son the centre and not put my reg in which is a £100 fine. So I've appealed and sent them proof I was a paying customer and they've changed their mind now saying oh you've over stayed the 90 minutes you're allowed so you will still get a fine. In what world do we have to worry about parking in a companies car park to use their services it's a complete scam and obviously preying on people. Won't be using anything in the retail park again. Feel like a moaner but it's done my head in Place needs a good clean and thorough painting throughout it looks extremely scruffy and dirty plus we found lots of bumpers on the lanes to be broken. My autistic son was so angry and upset with the bumpers broken. Did complain but they put us on another broken one. Very very disappointed with our visit. Wont be back. My sons 4th birthday was at Superbowl, id like to give many thanks to Mathew and Imogen for making his party amazing! What a team!. Thank you very much,, all the all had the best time. I highly recommend!!! Xxxxx We had our little girls birthday her in the soft on Saturday 14th June. Leah our host was amazing! She couldn't have been anymore helpful if she had tried. She honoured all our asks and was so easy to approach. You worked so hard Leah, thank you so much!! Great customer service I believe the who dealt with me was called matty? We had a large group booking But arrived a day late due to an admin error The went out of his way to still let us enjoy our afternoon Great customer service in this day and age where business tend not to care it makes a huge difference Absolutely shockingly disgraceful, we arrived here today 04.10.24 at 18.49 we was charged £6 for 1 child which i wouldn't have minded paying if we didnt get a member of to follow us to our table to be told at 18.57 that we had to leave because they shut at 7. I think this is disgusting 🫣 and superbowl need to sort this out. Hope you enjoyed my £6 because my child didn't have to go toilet never mind on anything..disgraceful..👎👎😤 I attended with my friends yesterday for the New Years Eve package. It was the busiest I have ever seen the place, but the whole night was ran so well by the David and all of the worked so hard throughout. They were all really friendly and smiling all night. The food platter that came out was hot and really nice and we all got a glass of Prosecco in for midnight. The David gave announcements at 11:30pm and 11:45pm for the countdown and even done the 10 second countdown over the tannoy for us all which was amazing. The whole atmosphere was incredible and it was overall such an night. Thank you to the and the who made it an experience. 10/10! Awful. We attended today Sunday 8th December for my sons friends birthday party. While my 2 daughters ordered hot dog and chips as the were hungry. Food took over 45mins to arrive and when it did chips were cold and hit dog looked raw. I wouldn't have fed this food to a dog!!! Was also quite pricey- no wonder the prices were not on menu. Told but they didn't seem bothered. Absolutely shocking Disappointing… We visited Sunday evening with 4 adults and two children. Right off the bat the place was very dirty and scruffy, not well looked after and so it was off putting from the start. Once we were on a we noticed that the barrier wasn’t working on one side to find out half of it was falling to pieces and was broken. No offer to switch us to a different or anything even though there were loads free. We specifically asked for this as we had a 4 year old. However we decided to ignore this and try to anyway. The prices were ridiculous £84 for our family to 2 games, no special offers or anything available. I decided to use the toilet which are situated down a long scruffy looking corridor to then find them locked and a sign saying I needed a code. I walked back and got this to then find the code didn’t work, my mother and 4 year old niece were also to use the toilet now absolutely desperate. The door was so broken it was actually stuck, there were no about what so ever to ask for help as they were in the kitchen chatting. Once they noticed I was there they proceeded to chat for another 5 minutes which was very rude. There was also another man at the bar with no at all. The toilets were also a DISGRACE absolutely disgusting, toilet roll all over the floor and it stunk. My niece who is autistic was almost in tears as she needed the toilet but was scared to use it because it was so dirty. By this point I was raging. Food was abysmal, not to mention the menu had no prices on it at all. Clever money making strategy I must admit being able to change prices for peak times as they’re not specified. Overall we were really disappointed with the experience and will probably go somewhere else next as it was not worth £100 + of our hard earned money. We took 34 Year 6 children from Sutton Oak for an end of term treat. Had a fantastic morning and the children had the most time. There was a slight problem with us paying and this was dealt with after they had made sure all the children had got on so weren't around. Lots of little touches made the experience even more special - complimentary squash for everyone, pokemon cards and winners certificates for all the children. The Duty Manager, Matty was excellent - genuinely nothing was too much trouble and the other (Tillie and Ceecee) were lovely and helpful too. We will definitely return and would definitely recommend for other schools. The slight problem with paying was Matty making sure we were getting the best value which was very much appreciated. Really enjoyed the here! Fern made our experience alot more enjoyable with how smiley, bubbly and helpful she was especially when we needed help with our lane. Thankyou Fern☺️ Definitely will be coming back! The lack of investment in this place is shocking. When we arrived we were told that there were no screens to input the players names and had to write them down for the to input at reception, they then asked who would like the barriers up which meant we had to go back through each person and they had to manually input each one. When we got to our we realised that the tablets you usually use to input those details had all been removed but the stands were still there, odd. The we were allocated was dirty with drinks left from previous customers and popcorn all over the floor. The 2 that we booked were taking longer than we anticipated and after the first game decided that we had no option but to tentatively order some freezer tapas for the kids. We waited around 5 minutes to request a menu that had prices on, this was kept in a drawer behind reception, the prices aren't on the standard menus. We ordered a platter for 4 and I wish we had taken photos of it when it finally arrived after 45mins, there was just about enough food for 2, they'd forgotten to make the garlic bread which we had to remind them about and when they did bring it, gave them only 3 pieces. I asked why a platter for 4 had come with only 3 slices of garlic bread and they apologised and said they'd sort it. This took another 10-15mins by which it didn't really matter anyway. They came out to apologise again and said that they were short staffed and in fact had no kitchen in at all so it was the in the kitchen trying to cover the orders. I made sure they knew that it was ok and that I wasn't blaming them. My frustration isn't with the staff, they were fine. It's with Superbowl themselves, how can you justify charging us £112 for 2 of bowling, £35 to feed and water 4 and then not provide enough (who are likely not paid enough to care). Visited Superbowl with the wife tonight. I always say you can judge a place by a managers presence. The there was serving and chatting with customers, cleaning tables and generally keeping himself busy rather than leaving it all to the and I don't think you see that enough nowadays, and it seemed to work for the too, there were smiling faces all round and everyone was so friendly. Great atmosphere and a good was had by all. My children had a wonderful here this evening playing on the arcade and having fun, so lucky to have this venue close by. We visit regularly for the soft play, arcades and the bowling. Such a great place to meet up with friends and spend with the family. The and were really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening. Highly recommend and will be returning.
