I really cannot understand a single negative review people left for this magic place. Especially the hospitality and spirit of the owners make the stay even more special. It was a great pleasure to meet everyone and I’m very thankful for the opportunity to stay here. I can only highly recommend this place. This charming and beautiful Villa located in the hills outside Lamezia Terme was the best decision we could have ever made for our week long stay in Calabria. Our hosts Amalia and Sebastiano treated us like family accommodating every request and anticipating others. The historic Villa has a large nicely furnished common area and dining room on the first floor and four comfortable bedrooms each with its own bath on the second floor. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and feature multiple sitting areas and a large pool. A nice Italian country breakfast is served each morning. Daily maid service is provided. The worst part of our stay was that we had to leave for home! Had a wonderful stay at Villa Amalia in June. Everything about this place is superb. The hospitality of the owner's, the location, atmosphere, view over Golfo di Sant'Eufemia and the facilities at the Villa. Will definetly return to this pearl.
