The was standing 30min away from my house in this facility, yet, they refused to deliver. We are talking about professional gear here, that I need to work with. Obviously they take 0 responsibility on their acts, they never do. Customer service? Outsourced, in Poland, with 0 access or capabilities to the service. Email? be ready for a bot response, giving you 0 solutions. On my experience, problems 1 time out of 5. You feel completely helpless, scammed. I live in many countries, but DHL is definitely the most unprofessional, irresponsable and treacherous mail service I ever encounter. I have sent an important to Berlin two weeks ago and up to this day it says it’s there since 11 days with no further updates. it’s so so frustrating because what is in that is worth more than anything to me and I am so angry they do nothing. My was there from Friday until Monday with no updates and the reviews here got me really worried as I needed to get it by the end of the week. But on Tuesday it was sorted and I got it by 13:00 Not delivered from Rüdersdorf to Berlin in 3 days already. It’s pure joke. You could walk to my house on foot in that time. You have zero cent worth service. Remember that during your next strike If you set your delivery day and expect them to deliver it that day.. You will just be DISAPPOINTED. They don´t deliver it on selected day and then randomly they try it on the next day, but guess who is at work? Then they want you to pick it up from 30km distance! IF THERE WAS 0 STARS, YOU DESERVE 0 STARS! Also Rüdersdorf is not far enough to Berlin, next time store it in Poland or Belarus. Despite all of the negative reviews here, my got through Rüdersdorf relatively quickly. It took <1 day for it to be processed and given to the packing centre in Dorsten. We will see how the turns out when I get it though... Very disappointed with DHL depot in Rüdersdorf. Strangely, two high-value packages I ordered were never delivered. It really makes you wonder where these parcels ended up.
