Neither of us enjoyed the food: bland, tasteless and it was just like eating canteen food where everything tastes of pre-made ready meals. The beef was tough and dry....thankfully there was enough gravy to cover it. The red cabbage had zero taste. The dumplings were too soft and mushy. Sorry....we have never been so disappointed and we aren't fussy eaters. If you're into restaurants that serve "conveyer belt" food, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy food that's been cooked by someone who enjoys his profession, then eat somewhere else. We didn't stop at the motel, we just stopped for a bite to eat (we both left half the food on our plates).
