What a pleasant surprise this restaurant we bumped into on our hike. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money especially when you take the del Día. We will be back Completely random but definitely good choice. Food was amazing 😍. For 14 euro daily with starter/main course/dessert/ coffee. The owners and staff are very friendly...... you wont be dissapointed !!! Well we werent anyway :-) I had heard good things about La Piedra, so stopped by for lunch. The cafe/bar is quite comfortable, with a good variety of seating options. The is diverse. I was tempted to order the fish and chips, but saw that this dish is only offered on Fridays, so settled for the double cheeseburger, chips/fries and a Spanish beer. The food arrived quickly. The fries, which appeared hand-cut, were hot, heavily salted, limp and overly greasy. The burger was surprising in that it had no garnish - no pickle, lettuce, tomato or onion at all - just a bun, two patties and copious portion of melted mozzarella. The patties looked to be commercial, frozen portions and were lean. Lean burgers tend to be dry and lack flavor. The only thing that saved the burger was the cheese. There is a more expensive Black Angus burger on the menu, which might be juicier and come with more fixings, but I'm not sure I would risk another disappointing visit. Hosted a lunch for 46 ladies today. The staff’s attention to detail was excellent. We pre ordered but every order was checked. Service was swift, food delicious 😋 I had soup, cod with mash and veggies. The caramel cheesecake was very very good. It was the of the day, which includes a coffee. Great value for money at €16.95. The staff were very accommodating with the guests with specific dietary requirements. Excellent food, el dia 13 pm on or 18pm, three menuchoice. Excellent children menu.👍🏾 Really good service and feeling. It's worth visiting even further, Example El Altet.. Second time we've been here in a week! Food is amazing, the pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Also recommend the hanging skewers. All reasonably priced & with fantastic service - can't recommend enough! Great place!
