Not the most organized camping place but everything works fine. It's high season and very crowded. But nothing went wrong. Facilities are and available even with this many guests. We stayed 1 night and most of the people stay overnight. Very nice camping! We stayed with a tent and a motorized home for 2 nights. The camping has free toilets and showers and were clean. You even have got the option to use a washing and drying machine for your clothes etc. We paid around 1080 NOK (€91,12) It is located next to a ferry and close to a busstop that can take you Trondheim Centrum. If you'd like to visit Trondheim and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place! Finally, a Norwegian campsite where you don't have to pay extra for a shower! Good facilities and lovely location. Our children particularly enjoyed the small beach. As noted by others there is occasional noise from the adjacent ferry port but we didn't find it obtrusive. A very scenic 20min drive out of Trondheim to a beautiful location. The campsite had friendly customer service and it is well kept and tidy. Facilities may be a little old but all , everything works and everything is tidy. The price matches the quality well. All basic camp site facilities are available. A sandy place to swim from was our highlight It’s a nice campsite with nice and facilities. There are several hotplates and sinks to do your dishes, and the showers are for free. We were camping in a tent, and despite the cite being next to a ferry dock, we slept well. This campsite was very clean, quiet and in a good area with a nice little bay in front. The kitchen is open and big. The people working here are very friendly and are taking good care of everything. Thanks for the stay!
