After returning them two times the waitres/girl bartender started screaming and telling me to go. She told me she worked 7 years in gastronomy and that I don't know what cappuccino is. I told her that I will pay and leave even though I didn't drink what I ordered and she started using the bad words. She was nervous because she couldn't drink the coffe with her friends instead of doing her job. The worst in town, the location is good but bad management. The staff is new every time and the experience in making is low. The espresso is similar to filter coffee. My friends and I were enjoying our time when a waitress abruptly told us to stand up because there was a reservation we were never informed about. When I asked her why she hadn't mentioned this earlier, she just shrugged her shoulders and acted clueless. Her indifference was infuriating. The lack of communication and disrespect for customers was shocking. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for decent service. Best in Bitola..
