Food was excellent, away from the city and noise, parking in front, loved it. The worst expirience, EVER ! We waited 2 hours, and finaly the brought us ONE PORTION of what we ordered. It was a choose of the waiter 😡 Don't go there, in Bitola we have plenty of good restaurants. The waiting time is far too long, and overall we were not satisfied with the service. In summer, there are way too many wasps outside, which makes sitting outdoors uncomfortable. The food itself is fairly good, but nothing exceptional. Really disappointing. The portions were way smaller than shown, and the meat had a weird smell and was super chewy I ordered sweet and sour it came as chicken with ketchup, just sour and not sweet at all 😂 Definitely not worth the high prices. Won’t be coming back🖐️ If I can give -minus grade.... it'll be -100K. In years we celebrate anniversaries and other celebrations.... but... like today????? Never...ever...again.... Please find other hotel for lunch.... We'll never recomand Ciflic ever to anyone..... The food was delicious, the service was perfect, the ambiance was great, the waiters did their best.
