Had booked birthday party with a promise of 40 party room, we assembled at venue 20 before time, came then instructions took 10 then all were taken to locker room to keep jackets which took another 10 then we arrived at our party room, within 30 we were asked to leave the party room as they calculated the start time from the time their first met us at assembly spot which is worse way of arranging parties as ver disappointed. 2. Then at evening 30 before timeout there was fire alarm at mall so were asked to evacuate on their socks which ended up without jacket and shoes standing in cold outside the mall for around 40 and no extremezone to be found anywhere to help....total chaos and immature way to manage kids.... Rätt mycket att göra med Usually we have an OK experience, but the rules that are listed everywhere on the walls seems to be just for decoration as none of the are enforcing them or seem to care that 4-5 people are jumping on the same trampoline, even when you point it out. After a few minutes, another kid jumped on my son’s knee. His pain was so strong that he couldn’t even walk. After taking care of him, I asked the reception what the policy was for such cases and they said that they couldn’t reimburse me but only give me extra minutes for today (which is a complete non-sense given that my son couldn’t even walk). Det fanns ingen riktig tillsyn, och de få anställda som var där hade ingen chans att hantera situationen. Stora i 12–14-årsåldern sprang runt utan att ta någon som helst hänsyn till mindre på 5–7 år. Det var direkt farligt. Ingen ur personalen ingrep, trots att det var uppenbart kaotiskt. Värst var att vissa vuxna själva hoppade runt i skumbassängen utan strumpor och utan att visa någon respekt för de små barnen omkring sig. Det var helt oacceptabelt. Personalen var visserligen vänlig, men alldeles för få för ett så stort antal barn. Vi kommer aldrig ta våra dit om lørdagen igen och rekommenderar andra föräldrar – särskilt med mellan 5 och 9 år – att tänka sig för en extra gång.
