When we arrived, there weren’t many people, yet newcomers were already singing before us. I approached her again, and she then claimed that the song wasn’t in the system. However, I checked the app and saw it listed there. She finally let me search the system myself, and I found the song without issue. After that, she queued it immediately, and I was finally able to perform. Her handling of the situation was unprofessional. If she couldn’t find the song initially, she should have informed us instead of ignoring the issue. We ended up wasting a lot of time due to her lack of communication and responsibility.
