Nice place in a fab location. It's quite small, only 1 outside and 2 inside. What is great is the bar. The restaurant is okay. The staff is polite. In case you forget something you can buy it directly there. There is also a separate sauna section. You can park directly in the garage. Payment possible also with EC card. Conclusion - absolutely fine for a day trip or a weekend visit. It's a nice place in nature. I'd like to write one important information. They open at 12:00 but there is a limit on the number of people due to CORONA!! We had to wait two hours outside... If you don't want to wait, it's a good idea to line up before 12:00 :) There's two outdoor pools (1 as a normal and another 1 is textile-free at the Spa area). The indoor's Silence Area is pretty relaxing, slightly warmer water, not too big but dark and quiet. We tried the Spa area which is textile-free too and it is a whole lot of different experience. 3 steam room with different temperature, 3 sauna room (outdoor) with the highest temperature up to 95 degrees Celsius. Overall quite clean. 3 stars only because can't believe we have to pay €9 just for one towel. Pros: Good saunas Good beer Plenty parking Nice view from the main building Cons: Be aware that possibly you can't get a massage (tried booking 10 months in advance, 3 months in advance and 2 weeks in advance), no slot. Do not expect massage. Water is not hot, and definitely not thermal water. smells treated with chlorine. It borderline feels cold, especially outside. Unacceptable part is that there is no way to book slot, or any possibility to prepare, we waited in freezing cold one hour to be let in. This is ridiculous, felt like animals, definitely no worth the drive! They advertise a "culinary experience" - you get a deep fried snitzel with def. frozen and reheated veggies for 17,5eur. Feels like a ripoff, also quite portion. Kitchen randomly closed at 15:00 for 30 mins. All in all, not recommended, choose another place where you can wait inside in line, and get either cheap and basic or good and expensive food,with real thermal (or at least 1 with hot water). The is nice, if a little small, but it has several different options for "spa-items", like bubbling seats or pressurised spouts. The best part for me was the "light and sound pool", a quiet room with a warm saltwater and nice lighting. This was the most relaxing part of the spa! It is a very nice place to swim. But there can be a long waiting to get in. It is just a big with a outdoor area and a silence room, but thats it. And there is only 1 meter and 35 cm to the floor of the pool. If there is a long line outside the front door, then it is not worh it. I don’t understand why this place is called thermal. The worst experience ever. We went there on Sunday and paid 18€ for the ticket without sauna. The lockers are small, it was extremely hard to fit all our belongings into them. The main was extremely cold and we could spend a bit in the closed with normal water. Only after the visit we figured out that they have sign saying that the swimming heater was out of the order but nobody notified us before we enter and they still charged the whole price 🙃 Basically having the ticket without sauna you have an extremely limited amount of activities. We spent there 1 hour and we felt that this place is pure scam. Don’t waste your and money visiting this it is not thermal. We bought a ticket to the Therme to spend 3 hours. After 2 hours we didn't really know what to do anymore. Unfortunately the temperature of the outside was too cold for the cool air temperature to spend any more there and the inside ist quite small. We liked the Solepool though and the view is exceptional.
