There are also a number of mountain biking trails, so watch out for crossing traffic. Only downside is that part of the are close to the freeway, so you can't escape the nose. The birch forest, lake and beach walks are worth the visit, but be prepared to put up with motorway noise. Plenty of parking, decent marking of the paths. It would be nice if it was more wheelchair or stroller friendly or even marks on where those could be used on so that it can help people not to start a route that is not accessible because they are on wheelchairs or strollers. There is a good, free and large parking space where you can park and either walk in the or down to the beach. there is also access to toilets facilities. A with plenty of walking threads. Great mountain bike track! Nice running paths, if you like running in the woods. Good outdoors activity area for kids and some decent barbecue spots. Great for a walk. Ok for 13-years olds to complete with medium effort. For adults it's a trail that is easy enough to push to go as fast as you are comfortable with. Great fun. About 7km around the blue square markings, takes 30-45 min. If you're too tired to complete the you can follow the wide walking back at any point back to the start.
