Took my wife for her booster/flu jag tonight, waited outside for 15 minutes, then allowed inside to queue in the corridor for another 1o minutes. 2 NHS workers were walking up and down the line telling it was over an hours wait to get vaccination, some in front left as they couldn't wait, and others behind us were leaving, I had a look out and the was dwindling fast. Once inside we waited 5 minutes to get vaccinated, 5 minutes waiting after it and we left, with not one person waiting, Their were at least 50 in the queue, and most must have taken the advice and not waited and to rebook. What a waste of human resources, time, money and a back log of still requiring booster, and importantly the flu jab, these are vulnerable who need these. Disgusting attitude tonite The facilities here appear to be pretty good, both indoor and outdoor. The parking is free and I have never not been able to find a space. I have only ever used the main hall and it is pretty good for both basketball and badminton. It is not expensive and the gym looks pretty well equipped. The are really helpful and friendly. They took me through our options clearly and showed us around the equipment. It's nice and clean although some wee maintenance issues around the machines. Was quite quiet around 1700 and we felt comfortable there. Great venue with gym and football pitch, well run and clean with ample parking. This is a relatively small leisure centre consisting of the gym area and a large hall for sports downstairs and several studio rooms for fitness classes upstairs. The are very friendly and have always been very accommodating whenever we've needed something. The only thing going against it is the fact that the hall is often unavailable due to the local college booking it out during term time, and there being so many after school activity clubs for kids that often mean you can't get use of the courts in the large hall. Clean, plenty of machines and areas for different sports, friendly staff. It's not a top quality leisure centre but it absolutely does the job. The machines in the gym could use readjusting however as some of them a somewhat misaligned. No way this had a 4.4 score for being a good gym. I have had a look through the reviews most of them are from who have popped in to get a covid shot. It's great to have nice but no point if your going to catch ebola from using the facilities. There is plenty of room for improvement, gym equipment very basic which is fine but needs to be refurbished. There is no need for the changing rooms to be in this state , lack of hygiene and maintenance, losing members. This is down to lazy , poor maintenance and management. Pretty sure the health board would not approve of this and it's really not that hard or overly expensive to get this fixed. Went for U16 and U18 competitive basketball game, and the were very helpful. A number of the players and parents were Muslim and required a prayer facility. The sorted this for us with no issues. A nice place to keep fit It a really good gym but I have just started go to it on Sunday or Saturday but It good the is nice and helpful and it well kept nice and clean guys you sound go to it as well Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
