Great place ive been a member for quite a few years now, Enabling me to access "Any gym within the ERC" areas of: "East Renfrewshire " Get joining people's. Gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪 staff couldn't be any nicer and more helpful 😍 As a municipal sports facility it must be one of the best. The recently refurbished changing rooms are well appointed. The gym has a good selection of aerobic and strength machines, good size and sports hall, squash courts, sauna and steam room. We are quite lucky to have such a facility and not pay a fortune for it. Nice gym, the availability on the machines is normally very good. The instructors and easy going and approachable. Big Chris and Damien helped make me feel very comfortable. It's a bit pricey compared to the likes of Pure Gym, but it's a better experience and it's local, but I happily pay the difference. The gym is okay for pensioners amd school kids but not for yound adults. And needs a makeover and more equipment, has a sauna(which has been unavailable since covid and still hasnt received funding to get it fixed) and swimming pool, ideal for students as a library and cafe is within the same premises Opening and closing times could be much better Steam room broke sauna broke membership same price councillers wages remain the same or going up the way get the stuff sorted out Nice swimming with a great for small kids. The changing facilities were clean with lots of family or larger stalls. There is a cafeteria onsite which has some simple snacks suitable for adults and children with a soft play area. A very well frequented, multipurpose building. Friendly staff, well maintained facilities Great facilities, well kept and clean. is ideal for babies. Swimming instructor doing the little splashers class is really friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee is lovely from their cafe and cafe staff are also really friendly. I just joined the gym here and the facilities are excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful. On my first visit a gym team member showed me around the whole place and was so enthusiastic and welcoming. I'm looking forward to using the Grid which is a new functional training suite full of cool stuff! I haven't tried the yet but can't wait to! Very good swimming best I’ve ever been in!
