My favourite is definitely the white wizard snail which is really beautiful and loves hanging out near the surface of the water to eat the biofilm. Highly recommend Riverpark Aquatics, sent within a couple of days and emailed with a tracking number. Also like to note a couple of things, very large amount of available and my biggest positive is they sent them to the Scottish Highlands at the same price as stated on the website, not inflated pricing or any excuses it's not "mainland UK". Will definitely be using them again and you should give them a try! Absolutely brilliant place. Wide variety of and shrimps available. Can't explain how wide the selection and varieties are, it's huge. are quality. Amphibians are there too. Well stocked shop with food and different treatments. Worst experience, despite me telling them don’t send me fishes that too small, advertised as 2cm and kindly requested only send if there 3cm plus or else I will not be placing order, as they going into a large tank. Assured my request then totally ignored. They all died within the same day, Petricolas were battered in transit by the looks of it and all the clown loaches were undersized hollow belly and malnourished. Thank you but never again. I received my dispatch update, and the just two days later. The package was smaller than expected and didn’t have any “LIVE AQUATICS” labeling, so at first I was unsure if they had safely. To my relief, once I opened the box, the were curled up and ready for water. As soon as I placed them in my tank, they became active and started thriving immediately. Ordered some on Sunday, they came well packaged on Tuesday, all alive and and have settled into the tank nicely. Most sent were quite small which is just what I wanted. I was so happy with my order that I ordered more on Tuesday evening. They came today (Friday) again well packaged all alive, fit and healthy. Just to warn people that this is the 2nd batch of I've received that are small in size so if you have larger you may want to reconsider and actually buy in the shop. Again though perfect for my little set up. On today's arrival I noticed that only 2 of the 4 ordered were sent so I emailed the company and with no hesitation they gave me a refund for the missing fish. Responded very quickly to my email. Tracking is easy, they send a message with a time frame and you can track where the driver is. Overall I'm really impressed with this company and I highly recommend them! They also called me to say some I had ordered where not fit for sale. really good thanks guys Recently started the hobby back up and went straight back to hew for my cichlids as I used to use river park aquatics before we had to give up our tanks and due to twins being born lol , got beautiful acara , polor blue parrots and few others , all , prices blow all the other places out the water , wont use anywhere else for my and accessories, 5 stars and 5 stars for the staff aswell 🤙 Ordered a blue mystery snail and it got delivered two days later. It got out of its shell after a few minutes and it was very active. The snail is quite large and has a very nice colour and it's shell is high quality. Outstanding would recommend. After ordering some snails, and waiting a week, I emailed them through their website for an update. My message was not responded to and still no snails. They were bought as a birthday gift, which the date has now passed, so I ended up having to buy them elsewhere. I requested a refund and no reply. Beware. place.
