Fantastic softplay! It has a really sized area for smaller and a big area for bigger kids. A number of themed party rooms too. It was not that busy on a Saturday morning and a decent price for entry. I would recommend to pre book before you go though. Very clean, but more suited to above 5 or 6 years ild the young men who were involved in our party, worked hard, were extremely helpful. Lady at the desk was charming despite me querying bill prices, she was upbeat and took time to make sure I understood her . Loos were clean despite the constant usage. Had a cup of tea ...it was nice 👌 So all in all yes I'd go back with my Grandchildren Great place for to have fun. Very noisy inside obviously. But it has really nice food. can get a meal deal entry. Worth a visit. High five for the cleanliness and friendly customer service. size and tidy soft area. 3 decent size party rooms. area that are suitable from 0-10 years. Reasonable entry fee ( 5&6 years old children for £15 for 2 hr session). Please stop the music when you announce something as people cannot hear! The circle table under the speaker makes safety issues as may hit their head in the table. Some drinks are costly. Nice and safe place to spend some time with kids. Coffee corner for parents, you can also eat something when you waiting ;) Perfect place for the grandchildren on a rainy Saturday. Decent coffee and reasonably priced food for the old folk! Looks alot bigger in the pictures. Great for younger .think it be to small for over 10s they would get bored quickly in here . Clean . Food is fantastic so is the cakes . My youngest children enjoyed it . Not as big as I had imaged with the pictures on the website. Usual softplay tactics, pull your pants down for food and drink. You can purchase and food for for an extra £4 which could be advantageous. Didn't like that we had to wait like a herd of cows at the exit for 5 minutes before a member of eventually came to press button for exit. Kids enjoyed it, ages 6 and 7. ** update 22/8/25* despite tonigjt thier being 2 parties the where they warned us & even when we left early due to it being loud, the where nice. Very friendly, big area & now its been refurbished its better.** We went in the last session on a Thursday, was quiet but said for quiet sessions to phone in advance to check there is no party etc on Brilliant for and birthday parties went for lunch with Santa, was actually really good, the played while waiting then had lunch and santa appeared. he rook the time to speak to every kid, after that they played games got gifts and photos with santa and sung some songs. Nice in quite during schooldays hours for the wee ones to food was nice Easy to find. Parking close by. Cheap entry for 2 hour session and option to and eat is a deal. Plenty space for to and variety for a 4 old with the two areas. Kept my Son engaged for 2 hours and could easily have spent longer there. Not rushed to leave at clear up time. Patient and friendly and overall facilities. Cafe and food prices are in line with what you'd expect to pay at other places that are similar, although understand they come off as expensive for some. I'd choose this soft over any other we've been to, noticeable difference in how much my Son enjoyed it. Clean too and exceeded expectations. Will be back. Superb soft centre. Cleanliness is very very good, great zoned areas and lovely staff. Other than the slides nothing else in it for over 5year olds, fine for toddlers What i find disappointing is the fact that the and eats are overpriced, and the age difference shouldn't reflect on the price as a 7 old is getting the same and same food portion size as a 2 old , the 7 old should be able to pick from the adult menu as a £4 between 2year old to a 7 old is shocking. My point for this review it should be one price for all ages if eating from the same menu. For 3 with food and and 2 adult meals with one more drink per kid I was just under £90. Which is very expensive for a 2 hour play. It would be astronomical prices for day out.
