Good selection of fish, but unfortunately their tanks are (IMHO) somewhat overpriced. A great variety of related products both indoor and outdoor. Sometimes the they have are really healthy but at other times the are in poor condition. Most staff are friendly but one or two should get another job as they don't look as though they enjoy what they're doing. There are small tanks at the back that need a lot of work as the glass is scratched and off colour. You don't feel like buying from those tanks. Overall i would still visit as it is a good place to buy what you need. It's ok, call me a snowflake but I didnt like the the giant wheelie bin type tanks out the back. The looked sad. Good job they have short memories. Please rush over and buy to rescue. The other looked amazing and they feed th koi to the amusement of on lookers. They were in a giant tank. Very helpful. I have visited twice to order my and get my 1st fish. Brian came to deliver my and put it together for me which was a great help as we couldn't of managed by ourselves as so heavy. I asked him so many questions over all the days, which he answered very knowledgeably. Such a friendly guy who I felt I could trust. Will continue to go to get new etc . Good selection of fish. .I've been visiting this store for water refills for the past 3 years,I recently visited today and the service from Ewan and the management was superb as always, keep up the great work guys👍👍Great store with knowledgeable+friendly staff.ive just recently started a small marine tank+these guys have been so helpful.absolutely great variety of livestock for all aquariums at very competitive prices.BIG THUMBS UP Pricy but had a lot of and equipment Some many fish,so little time or space to get more at home. Not expensive and fun for children. Great selection of cold water ,tropical and marine fish. Good solid knowledge on types of and products. Store tanks are always in good condition. All in all its probably the best around. Was just in the store today to look for a for my son for his Christmas. Was helped out by Craig and Jacob. They helped me so much as I know nothing about will be back to get his in a few weeks and all the looked in such good condition. Friendly knowledgeable staff, Brian picked out 2 healthy 🐠 and they have settled in within the hour and eating too. A good selection of but the tropical seem a little higher in price than let's say pets at home Excellent Great customer service, needed advise to buy a new cabinet for the tank.
