Very noisy in the bar, enthusiastic golfers. I booked a table upstairs, and put a note on the booking, when we arrived, told that it's not open until the evening. Food was and the service but I would not go to the bar again. Wonderful place, good vibes and lovely food The Pavilion at Heacham Manor is now a super dog friendly eatery. Unfortunately we looked through the menus given to us and noticed all dishes contained meat..... We only eat cruelty free food. We asked the server if they had any vegan dishes and she said they had a different menu with vegan choices on and gave us one. Between 4 people..... Why aren't the cruelty free dishes all included on the main menu so it's more inclusive? This would eliminate the uncomfortable situation when out dining that we experienced. Come on Heacham Manor pop it all together please. We very much enjoyed the spinach and lentil pie it was delicious. Beautiful location. Great venue, location for both Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, course, clean and tidy rooms and the food was great, of your looking to get away in Norfolk for a few days, give this place a go. Location is excellent for exploring NW Norfolk coastline. 1.6 miles from centre of Hunstanton, next to their sister resort of Searles leisure, to which you have access to if you stay at the hotel. Seemed to be a very popular course. Stayed for three nights in one of the Samphire on-site cottages. The room was of Premier Inn quality, quite hot, but had a freely opening window to compensate. Had a small curved shower cubicle that had to be entered sideways. Leaky sink plug. Tea making facilities replenished daily, but not the towels. Breakfast was good, but if you like a cup of tea, I would suggest taking your own teabags. Evening meals in the Mulberry restaurant, reviewed separately. Excellent course, friendly atmosphere, very value. Great course, Fantastic condition a credit to the green keepers Really nice course, stuning club house. Great round of golf. It blew a gale for all 18 holes. But still a day out. Course in condition and the members we played with were excellent company. If you are looking for a days in North Norfolk I would recommend Heacham stayed at the manor beautiful place very old building and amazing grounds all leading down to the club ,staff were all first class so well mannered and nothing to much trouble highly recommended ,golf course kept in lovely condition Had a lovely night in a room with a four poster bed, for my partners 65th. He then played 18 holes in the morning.. Lovely menu.. and staff.. Great example of links and brilliant value. Well maintained for the time of year as well Beds comfy, food excellent, very clean and tidy beer 🍺👌 Another wonderful stay at Heacham Manor Very friendly staff, well run club and course superb. Very nice club. A course which is well kept. Fairly forgiving if you go a little off line, long enough to feel like a challenge. Greens are in very condition (only low handicap players would think they are a little slow) Will return next year! Pleasant course, greens and tees are great, when we have rain I’m sure the fairways will be good. Lovely clubhouse the food is delicious. Tydd FC & Clik Sargent charity day. Worthy of more than 5 stars. An excellent welcome from the start from all members of the team. Grounds staff putting out our sponsorship boards and fetching them back in, coffee and bacon rolls as the guests arrived and help moving the prizes to the reception room ready for the meal once everyone was back in. Special mention to Charles for whom nothing was too much trouble. Course in superb condition. Wind a notch too high, but made it interesting, and to finish the day off an excellent meal. We used to have our Charity day at a different course, but after a last minute left down two years ago made the switch to Heacham. We wont be switching back and are already looking forward to our 2025 event.
