Visited last Monday, really impressed with spacious areas and sensory room upstairs. Very friendly lady at front desk happy to help and answer questions. Very facilities. Good cafe there too Love this place for booking children's parties Absolutely amazing place! This soft is incredibly and modern. It has a great mix of areas and feels really safe. There’s also lots of seating to sit and have a snack. Really friendly too. My son particularly liked the climbing slide. We will be back! Amazing place!! We loved it, so and calm. Perfect for 1 year olds. We would definitely come back. And the are so nice too! Went recently with my baby. Was really disappointed. The sensory room was not up to standards. There was a tile leaking fluid on the floor and one of the light attraction didn’t work. Bear in mind I was first people in so that obviously wasnt checked before opening. The baby change table was filthy with hairs and crumbs etc, and the toilet sign off sheet had been ticked for that day! It’s obviously not getting throughly checked before opening. Hopefully will be better if I go again in the future. We came to celebrate down here and when it came to the cake, we were told we not allowed to cut the cake, its company policy, because it gets the floor messy and its expensive to get cleaned. NEVER HEARD SUCH THING. were all waiting on the table for the and they were upset because they had no cake. Good selection of food for and adults. aged 6 years had a fab 90 minutes play! It's ok for the as they don't notice the bad bits. But honestly, the building stinks of stale urine, the tables and seats are sticky and the bin liners are just emptied and left with old rank food residue. The floor level has a pitch black area and quite frankly, it's dangerous. The whole experience is dull and just lacking in all areas. This place is great. The food is good and not expensive, and the area is large and clean. The slides are great and also well planned, even on the fast one you don't overshoot the landing area at all. There's also enough room for the adults accompanying the kids. It's enough for an adult of 5ft or so to stand. Dirty. It was a fantastic place for entertainment! I went with my daughter, who is under two years old, and we had a wonderful time playing together. By the way, their chicken nuggets are absolutely delicious! Worst experience ever ! Regret it! They miscommunicated about when to deliver decorations. Made my crowd wait outside until 10:50, for a 10:30 party, no extra time was given to compensate their poor communication. We were not allowed to eat our cupcakes, we simply got in to decorate and to remove decorations and to leave. This is such a joke! I do not recommend at all!!!!! Excellent Indoor soft play. Tad expensive, but completely understandable, if you’re willing to do something for your kids, come here!!! Just visited Little Sharks. The venue is well organised and spotlessly clean! The are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a lovely time out with children, choose this. We normally come and at Little Sharks so decided to have a there. We were told on the day that we will not be allowed to cut our and share with guests, they will have a piece put in their bags which as well we had to leave downstairs at Reception. So our child could not give the bags to his friends which was very disappointing. Apparently, the situation is to do with their carpets getting dirty? I mean usually you have 3,4,5yrs old so they all know how to use cutlery dont they? They are obviously having food, so the situation just doesn’t make sense. I would not recommend this place due to not being allowed to have the cake… Friendly staff, facilities and equipment. A favourite for our to come play. Good for young babies and older children My daughter went to little sharks for of her friend and was not allowed to have because was policy of this center not to eat here , as gets messy floor my daughter was Very sad Excellent, welcoming staff, great food and a lovely environment for children of all ages.
