Unfortunately the manager comes across disinterested and lazy. He stands with his arms folded while the run around. Don't bother talking to him about an issue. He will present a solution and not follow through. This won't stop us coming back. But we won't bother dealing with him Visited this week for my partners birthday. Overall was value. Food was disappointing, overcooked and pretty tasteless. Just a plain dry burger and chips in a small basket. No check back or offer to clear plates etc or any indication they wanted to help at all. Would be helpful if the "selected meals" for the promotion were stated on the website. Staff were ok but had to be prompted regularly to get things. Such a shame as has the potential to be a brilliant alley and American style dinner with a brilliant food offering especially after the recent refurbishment but falls very short of that. Which adds to the overall disappointment. After a recent visit was nice to see a charming honest place where the are inviting and the place was very clean and welcoming! The price was more than fair and also enough other activities to keep everyone amused! Highly recommended! Went for a work trip out and had a fantastic time! were great, drinks were cheap and the place is really modern now. Will definitely be back! The food and drink is overpriced. The softplay, also overpriced, doesn’t allow food at the tables inside the soft play, it also locks you in so in the event of a fire you’ll be dead because there’s no emergency release. Other than that, nice alley. fun for my kids We came to Strikes 29/4/25 for my sons 9th Birthday party. It all went well, bowling, food, atmosphere was great. Kids loved it. Staff were attentive and happy to help, they checked the meals were OK, cleared plates away, offered to help with Birthday cake. All good. Thanks very much 😀 The were so great! We had a night out at Strikes for my dad's birthday and there were 17 of us. The were all so helpful, especially Gary, who helped us organise our birthday cake candles and cutting etc and was just all round super! Thank you! 😊 When we arrived at our designated lane, we were disappointed to find plates of food, drink & rubbish everywhere; customer services were helpful & swift cleaning it up, but not for a first impression😕 onto the new arcade and we had to go back over to customer services twice as we kept losing money to faulty machines (which weren’t labelled); thankfully, customer services were super helpful again! We still had a afternoon, but standards had slipped a little, hence 3/5 rating⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had my son's birthday party here yesterday. The was and the food was good. Could do with so.e more 6 balls as we had 9 children using the same two balls when we went to get more that where not being used we where quickly approached to share with other lanes as more children came in which slowed the game down considerably and we ended up only getting a game and half instead of 2 games. The party host was not the best they did not really engage with anyone from the party children or adults. Stood with their arms folded the whole time and looked like they would have preferred to be anywhere else. Online booking very easy, 3 players for 3 games, drinks brought to the lanes. Very friendly staff. Lane 10 developed a problem with ball not always returning, manager immediately moved us to another lane and added a game for the inconvenience. Very experience. experience for both and the arcade. We like that the barriers can be raised or lowered automatically depending on the player, and that you can order drinks to your lane. It can be a pain if you don’t have the right balls on your lane. The arcade section is also a addition to the experience, but could be improved with better signage in terms of prizes. The were friendly. Everywhere was clean. We left plenty of time to get there as there had been an accident so roads were busy but we were able to sit and have a drink before our time slot. fun!!
