I paid total 19 euros. Prices are a bit high but pizza was delicious. Service is also good. They charge extra 2 euros per person. The food was great! The servers were nice but inefficient and a long wait. The salad which was really good was brought 45 minutes afyer ordered and we had already finished the pizza and pasta so we took it with us. Took them 15 minutes to put the salad in a to go box. Best coffee. Pizza, cakes and pasta is also available here. The location is busy and in sunny spot of the outlet center but the personal was not with the best attention to us but for busy place like that is not a big deal! When I went to pay, I was told the sandwich was ready if I wanted it. How can the chef take so long to prepare something so basic? And keep in mind, the restaurant was almost empty, with only a few tables occupied. I can only imagine how long it would take if the place were busy. The chef needs to be fired. First things first, you see the menu but it makes no sense. It's a wall full of text, listing the ingredients in Italian only. For a place with so much international traffic very unsuitable. The service is not helpful at all, no welcome, no explanation of the menu, nothing. They have 20+ staff members, yet none of them is motivated or nice. The food, although cheap, is fast food. The "kitchen" items are fast food as well, the Pizza arrived too fast. The dough was soft and moist, the toppings tossed on top with no care at all and falling off while eating. Additionally, they didn't cut the Pizza and the knife at the place was not sharp enough. After asking the staff to cut it, they asked us if it didn't work for us. The seating is nice and very beautiful in the evening, i really enjiyed the food perfect for a lunch or daytime snack and the desserts tasted fresh. The staff were very polite and helpful, i really enjoyed my time spent there. the service was good, nice place but the teapot was not clean as it should be.
