Nice viewpoint overlooking the city of Meta near Sorrento. There a food truck in the evenings with sandwiches. There like 6 to 7 on street small parallel parking spots available at any given time. If is a hit or miss situation with parking. Recommend visiting during the day. Beautiful drive from Sorrento to Amalfi coast... We traveled during the off season (end of Feb) .. perfect timing.. Take a local guide to drive thru these tiny roads.. Wonderful viewpoint on the cliffs near Sorrento with a of the harbor. In the bays, ice cream vendors often sell lemon ice and drinks from their mobile carts. Perfetct for a small break Beautiful looking over Sorrento. A couple of vans pulled up selling fresh lemon / orange frozen drinks. Good little stop on the way in and a perfect out So amazing. are epic. Stopped at the Limoncello factory for a tasting. Get a Limoncello spritz at the bar and walk across the road for the best views. Brilliant spot to take in the stunning views. Plenty of space so you will not get in the way of others. Sorrento was a lovely place to visit. The of the bay were beautiful, and the town had a nice blend of charm and modernity. Strolling through the streets, I enjoyed the local shops and cafes. It was a relaxing spot to unwind and take in the scenery. Beautiful spot to stop and grab a refreshing drink or sorbet with stunning views. Breathtaking view..but road is scary and no pavement. We walk from Meta to here and took us 25mins to reach here by foot. Quite an adventure as there's no proper pavement. We thought there's s some sort of town or nearby shops, but there's none. It's just like a motorway. Safer to come here by car. Belvedere di Meta – a viewpoint that proves nature sometimes has a sense of humor, because it looks so good it’s almost unfair. From the road, it seems unassuming, but when you finally arrive (or drive up), the of Sorrento, the Bay of Naples, and the Amalfi coast makes you feel both amazed and slightly guilty for not admiring the world sooner. The spot is big enough to avoid bumping into other tourists, yet dramatic enough to feel like you’re in a live-action movie—just without the popcorn. Perfect for quick photos, selfies, or simply a moment of holding your breath and appreciating that someone really “nailed” the views. In short: Belvedere di Meta is a must-see stop for anyone in the area. Minimal effort, maximum “wow” factor, and the feeling that sometimes the world really overdoes it with beauty—and thankfully, it does. Amazing sunset I'm not sure if we found the specific spot but there were multiple viewpoints in this area including a small park with benches. The walk up the hill was very steep at some parts but the was great. If you are driving to Sorrento from Naples, you will see several viewpoints where you can pull up and just take a look. Don’t worry if you miss the first one, there will be another few coming up. Great views. This is in mid-Feb, still plenty of cars and tourists in winter during a great day with blue skies. One of the safer places to pull up on a moto along the Amalfi, regardless of the direction you’re travelling. It’s June, so weather was hot and traffic was hectic, as expected. A cheap, frozen lemon granita was just what we needed after riding from Salerno! If you’re travelling towards Naples, stopping or walking a little further than the first area will reward you with even better views, but it’s all pretty fantastic. Freshly squeezed lemonade was delicious from the stall, space for about 5 or 6 cars in small viewpoint stopping place Great viewpoint overlooking Sorrento. You can park along the street, and if you’re heading to Sorrento, it’s definitely worth a quick stop. Beautiful scenery, beautiful weather!
