Needs to be a serious review of the maintenance contract for the kid play area. The pump for the chlorine goes down and there either isn't a maintenance agreement for emergency troubleshooting or it isn't well outlined. We had our daughter's birthday there and had to cut it short because the chlorine levels were too low. The were honestly amazing and did absolutely nothing wrong, they were trying to make it work and accommodate as much as they possibly could. This is something the MWR/ Aquatic director needs to address. Awesome and the water is always just right for laps. The kid pool is really for pre-swimmers, though my elementary school kids enjoyed the slide and dump bucket for a while. I'd be glad to add a star if they opened up the diving board and snack bar, and once they fix any/all the showers that are not working! -JAS The aquatic center on Ramstien is great! Our kids love the family/kids swimming pool. The and life guards are almost always friendly and answer the 1000 questions my kids through at them. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hours for the family pool. This is a wonderful macigcal save heaven for me right now the is my heart fixer for my aching pain This I can say It's always the people that make a place a home Love you guys thank you for the amazing support God bless us all especially aquatic pool Management and front desk could use improvement on professionalism and customer service. Lifeguards are wonderful. Facility is quiet if you have the luxury to swim between 10:30am-2pm. No fault on the facility but the hours posted on Google are incorrect. Made the drive from another base an hour away to find out they actually close at 6pm and not 7pm like stated. Again not on them and they were really nice about it but something Google needs to update Active duty service members having to pay to use lanes for swimming is ridiculous. I have seen base pools charge for dependents. First base I’ve been to that charges AD members to use the pool. Very nice facility with incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Don’t bother to buy a pass because the chances of getting a lane are small.
