This directly contradicts the justification you are now presenting. You also stated that you tried to call me several times. This is false. I checked my phone records carefully, including while standing in your shop, and there was not a single missed call from your business number. When I showed you proof of my outgoing calls to your number, you denied being called and then changed your explanation, claiming customers were around. Being called on four different occasions and different days and not answering or returning a single call is not a coincidence—it is negligence. Beyond reliability, your lack of coordination is evident. When I placed my in your store, you gave me your Instagram page and requested that I send the picture there. I did so on the same day, and you confirmed receipt. Yet later, when it was time to collect the cake, you claimed I never sent any picture and could not even tell where it was sent. I a weeks in advance, paid a deposit, and was supposed to it up on 13.10.2025. On that day, I was in a car accident and physically couldn’t make it. I called several times—including 8 minutes before I arrived on 15.10.2025—and she still didn’t up. When I finally got there, I found her just sitting and drinking her coffee, completely ignoring the calls I had made. Then she calmly told me that the I paid for had been sold. No empathy. No effort to understand that I had been injured and struggling. Just a cold dismissal. Such a wicked soul, complete ruin my day. I regret the day ever walking into that store. Standing there on my own birthday, after everything I had been through, and being treated with such indifference was genuinely heartbreaking.
