We had two of their assorted fruit pastries that are cut to order (an assortment berry of some type and rhubarb, respectively), one of the finer patisserie entremets (flavors were devine, though I honestly can't remember them all), a quiche with eggplant that was delicate and scrumptious, and the single most amazing fugasse I've ever had. It was something out of a dream, not quite bread, not quite pastry, but definitely layered and filled with nutty, savory goodness the likes of which I had never had before. If you're in Carpentras, it's definitely worth a visit. We also bought the "olives" which are chocolate covered roasted almonds as a gift that might not make it back to the states. Definitely worth visiting. Delicious pastry and delights aside, their little souvenir corner and service are very nice, too. Everything is delicious, pleasant decoration.
