We had a fantastic time doing "Rob the Bank" which had several elements I've not experienced in an before (I won't spoil the surprise!) Games master was great. I'll definitely return to try some of their other rooms Really enjoyed the here. I attended with a large group as a work social and we had an amazing time. We did the governor room. Before entering you will have to put your belongings away in a locker so you aren't cheating in the puzzle you are then told useful information about the and further led inside. Despite not succeeding in the room,I think my work colleagues and I all tried our hardest, granted some of us were more help than others but it's all part of the fun and experience. The itself was perfectly designed for the creepy jail vibe and the puzzles were definitely challenging! The clues were very helpful too. The staff were really friendly and so was the master, I can't remember his name it was harry I think, I'm not entirely sure, even so, he was a fantastic master and very helpful. It was all a laugh and we got a picture together within the (props included). All round really good fun Really enjoyed the cat themed room. Luckily had my v smart daughter with us, so we succeeded with 8 min spare! Hoid fun. Don't listen to their parking instructions though, or at least, not with Google maps!! We did the Rob the Bank room, and it genuinely was a puzzle and well thought out room. The staff on the evening were friendly as well. The reason I’m rating it low is because it was incredibly dark in there, and they only gave us one torch between a group of six. There was also bricks and things strewn about on the floor, and at certain points the required you to hide. When I tried to use my phone torch, they told us we couldn’t use phone torches. The main reason this was a problem is because at the time of doing the room, I was 18 weeks pregnant. In the dark, I fell over and landed on my front. I had to leave the room, and I also ended up paying for a private scan the next day to check if the baby was ok (as a fall on your front can be risky). I’ve done lots of rooms in my time and wouldn’t have entered the space if I didn’t think it was safe, but I wasnt prepared for how dark it would be, that there would be so many trip hazards, and that we wouldn’t be able to use our own torches. After I fell, the person at reception offered me a bottle of water on the house which was nice but didn’t really solve any problems. I woke up the next day covered in bruises, and had to do an additional scan. We’ve emailed them since but had no response. It’s such a shame because it’s a fun room, but in my opinion is not safe for people who have accessibility or mobility needs, are pregnant or have poor eyesight. **Update on this** They did come back to us with a brilliant response where they’ve made changes to the so it’s better kit for pregnant people, and also they’ll be updating their website. I think it was the best response you could hope for, and I feel much better knowing they took my concerns seriously. 10/10 for handling a customer complaint and genuinely reassured by the actions they’ve taken. Just done mr biscuits ( we have done the others also), was wonderful to be one of the first to try it. This was one of our favourites e have done , it was beautifully crafted with lots of magic, puzzles and locks to do.would definitely recommend to anyone.thanks for the fun. Henry was 5 star as are the games, would recommend. Their service is almost as good as The Mortgage Mentors :) Good venue, it had good decorations to make you feel immersed in the experienced. However, they seem short staffed and the person taking my group seemed uninterested and bored. Fantastic experience, me and my son loved it! We cracked it, but with only 7 seconds to spare!! We plan to a few more games too!! Really brillient that worked perfectly for a 12th birthday. The staff were with the kids and were very helpful and friendly. The kids thought the was excellent, with lots of things they hadn't expected. We will definitly be back. We had a truly wonderful evening at the overnight in Bishop’s Stortford. From start to finish, the was immersive and thoroughly enjoyable. The itself was brilliantly written, with a clever storyline and well thought-out puzzles that kept us engaged throughout the night. The setup and attention to detail were impressive, making the feel authentic and exciting. The accommodation was just as impressive. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, ensuring we had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, adding to the seamless experience. A special mention must go to the lady on the clue line, who was incredibly patient and friendly. She was a sport, helping us with just the right amount of guidance to keep the challenging but fun. Overall, this was a fantastic that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure. It was a really tricky room, which was perfect for filling an afternoon, evening and some of the next morning! We brought our children (7 and 9) with us and they could help with some of the puzzles, but there was also plenty of alternative entertainment for them if they wanted a break. The people manning the clue line and playing characters on the phone were brilliant - endlessly patient and funny even when we called for help just before they closed for the night. It was my Daughter’s 13th Birthday. The guys here couldn’t have been more helpful! Very impressed - and my Daughter and her friends loved it!
