Hidden between two villages, on a high rock next to a river is the Kriebstein Castle. There is a museum inside but instead of wasting time on it it's better to go around and do some sightseeing. Nicely preserved. Medieval church with much of the fresco work preserved. There was a fun room where children can build a from foam pieces. It didn't appear to have a restaurant. The small gift shop was adequate. Very nice castle. Well interior and exterior. Nice exhibition and beatifull views. There was no problem with parking. You can also eat or drink something as well.
