Thank you so much. we had an amazing day in Crema renting the to visit all the cmbyn filming spots. It was very hot, so we made sure to carry enough water and have enough breaks. Due to the sun we took a lot longer than expected to the spots and the way isn’t ideal, but you get the full experience. We got a link with the exact routes to every spot, which were totally in the cmbyn vibe and with baskets to put all of our stuff in it. Totally recommend!! Had an amazing renting our here. We made reservations online almost two months in advance to rent these for July 24th 2023 (yes 2023). We just wanted to ensure that two would be available, but they had so many when we got to the store! When we got there, the people in the shop were so patient when we chose our bikes. We used them to 35 miles (56 km) and the baskets were very spacious! Like many people, we used them to visit filming locations for Call Me By Your Name. We were running short on time and realized that we weren’t going to be able to return them by closing time at 6:30 pm. So I gave the store a call, and we were very grateful that we were allowed to keep them overnight. We returned them first thing in the morning and it was not an issue for them! If we go back to Crema, we would use this company again! Both staff members spoke excellent English and were friendly, kind and very helpful. They said they will not help us unless we cover the cost of transportation 80 euros!!!! A joke and pathetic behavior towards the customer, because they told us that if we do not want to pay then we have to return on the with one pedal!!! The was a bit old but comfortable and able to handle the journey (which also includes sections on dirt that on rainy days might be tricky.
