Very poor, the staff said hello and goodbye that was all their interaction as they were to busy talking to each other. No information offered or given total waste of time. Agde is very tired and dirty with major local work going on. Lots of empty shops and every window looks like it has not been washed for years. Sad depressive place, very few cafe or place to eat were open all looked old and in need of a good clean, will leave it another 20 years before trying again. Matthias was absolutely brilliant today, couldn't of been more helpful, we were hoping to go on a boat trip from Agde to Beziers but arrived to find they didn't run it on a sunday, so he made several calls for us so we could take our boat trip from Le Grau Agde. He showed us where to pick up the local bus to get there and just €1each! We had a great trip followed by a really good late lunch....thankyou again Matthias for all your help . Great place, staff were nice They were even open on a public holiday (armistice day) a miracle in France. They advised me about bus service to airport as this info was not available from bus stop The tourist information office was well stocked with leaflets and the staff were helpful and spoke English. Agde was a bit of a disappointment. Not much to see and was pretty dirty and unpleasant. We left as soon as possible and went to Cap d'Agde, which was much better. It’s really a pleasure to come and chat evert time somewhat helpful information I only went in to ask for the best cycle route to Cap d'Agde and for 5 minutes I was made to feel special.
