The azeite mill the great oak that sits on top of the old wall and the lovely cobbled streets will hold memories in your mind forever as will the lovely heartwarming people that you will be sure to meet along the way from the old Chapel down into the center and beyond. We will certainly come back here and soon, it has that calling factor, who knows we may sell up our farm in Cidral and move up here. Fascinating place with such a rich history dating back to the 1100s. It was amazing to see that the houses within the castelo are still inhabited by the locals. Definitely worth a visit!
