Looking at the other pictures on google, it seems to be the norm of serving mainly ice, instead of cocktail. The red wine my wife got wasn't any either. This is not definitely not the norm in Italy. It was so we went twice, one evening for drinks and ice-cream, and the next evening for dinner. The food there is fantastic and they offer gluten free (senza glutine) options for everything too. The burgers are particularly and the gluten free bun is the best I've had. The waiter and bartender both provided very and friendly service. Everything is also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it for a casual evening. Ordered one pint of draft beer and the glass was 60% beer and 40% foam. When we told the waiter he answered like he knew better and that the level would go up as the foam settled. Waited and it did not happen. Went inside to ask the barman directly and he+waiter started arguing that “we do it like this here”. They preferred losing 2 clients rather than adding 2cm more of beer. Horrible attitude. Brunch in decent price with enough big portions that filed our stomachs. Very kind and fast service and on top of that really rock music 🤟 We had a lovely time here. The Pozzesco burgers (one cow and one horse) were amazing and the waitress (with short hair) was wonderfull! She was really friendly and made sure we had a time. That really made our day. When we ordered the drinks and went to the terrace to consume them, the waitress invited us to stay inside. As it was hot, we told her that we preferred to take them outside. She kept insisting, in Italian, as we understood because there was a lot of wind and the glasses could fall. We also insisted, but she told us that it was not possible. It was June, it was 24 °, the terrace was mounted and a breeze. We assume that the location of the terrace would be a very windy site, but not that day. The waitress was very unfriendly.
