A group of people were stopped from entering by the staff purely based on their looks and ethnicity. When we asked what the issue was, it was confirmed to us by the person who stopped them that this was the reason. The group told us they were asked to show membership cards and were refused entry without them. At the same time, we and everyone else, who was local and white, paid and got in with no hassle at all. The atmosphere is like a real pool out of the city One of the worst places I've ever been to. The staff there were so rude, all they did was stare and laugh at us. They made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we had to leave much earlier than we planned to. The 20 lev entrance is overpriced. The cocktails were also overpriced, using really cheap ingredients so they were very sweet and too strong alcohol wise. The food was disgusting, the sandwiches were dry and stale, and the chicken wasn't cooked well. Honestly, do not bother going.
