We’re in bulgaristan with small letter where customer service is unheard of and non sense, rudeness and balkan machism is running wild. Nice place for unwinding in the weekends! We visited on a random weekday, it wasn't crowded and we had a great time! The music is amazing too! The cocktails are a bit overpriced but there are often special nights with sales included. When we visited we got two cocktails for the price of one SEVERAL TIMES! This place is all about the atmosphere! I do recommend! May be good for locals, but not for international people in Plovdiv for work. When the doorman heard us speak our language he told us all of sudden that it was too full for us to enter, then proceeded to let those with more natural sounding Bulgarian to enter. Was very insulting with how he and the hostess with him then ignored us afterwards. Lovely place at a good location. Staff were lovely, very efficient. Drinks are amazingly priced and get served super fast. Very easy to get drunk there though lol Security's extremely rude and literally sweared at some customers in the most obscene way thinking we don't understand Bulgarian. And he told us straight to our faces I AM RACIST The place has an issue that needs to be addressed - the ridiculous security at the door who we saw literally swearing at people and being aggressive for no reason. How could we support such a place? Nice music, good cocktails at fair price, but it is a practice to throw away shot glasses on the bar and it could be dangerous (we ended us with broken glass of cocktails). Waiting the whole night to enter, and the security guy didn't let my friends and I enter because we are spanish. So racist 🙄 We had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this bar. From the moment we arrived, the security staff was rude, aggressive, and discriminatory. It was clear that certain guests were being treated differently based on their appearance, race, or background. This type of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a business that should be welcoming to all paying customers. What stood out the most was the blatant racism and bias shown by the security personnel. Instead of creating a safe environment, he acted like gatekeepers of prejudice—targeting specific individuals without cause while allowing others to behave however they pleased. The rest of the staff either ignored the situation or acted complicit. Bars and public venues should be spaces of inclusion and respect. Unfortunately, this establishment has failed miserably in that regard. I would strongly advise others to take their time and money elsewhere—somewhere that values equality and basic human decency. Absolutely unacceptable. Management should be ashamed and take immediate action.
