Kind of posh bar upstairs, whit a Rock 'N Roll bar downstairs which works from 23.00 (11 pm) The bad thing is that for a few hours both bars share same toilet. We came around 23:10 and we waited for 15-20 minutes just for our order to be taken. The waitress was very rude and didn’t even said hi. She just threw the menus at the table like we are some sort of dogs. We then waited for 10-12 minutes for two drinks+2 soft drinks (no food). There were around 10 people inside and 15 people outside. I am very disappointed as this is a highly reputable establishment in our town and it seems that the care for the client now is not a priority. 1. There was a karaoke event there last night. Tried to reach them multiple times (online and via phone) for a reservation and no one responded. 2. No adequate ventilation on the floor and smoking was allowed. Biggest red flag, this is asking for a report with the authorities. 3. Not a big choice of alcohol and much of it low quality. 4. In the fb page of the karaoke event, it did not say there will be an entrance fee, and there was. 10lv. OK, not that much but it's not professional for this information to be missing in an advertisement. Thing is, it wasn't worth even that much. 5. They did not let us inside the event floor until 11pm when the event was supposed to start as advertised. The event started at 1am - that's a 2-hour delay..! 6. There was a printed catalogue with available songs. Is this the 90s? I'm a regular at karaoke events at other bars and this was never a thing, at least in such low numbers of allowed songs. 7. At other karaoke places, they have a notebook or even an app for the requests. Here, they had 4 sheets of flying A4 papers. Remember the 10lv fee? The karaoke host "asked" us not to waste his sheets by writing with a big font size. I don't even know where my fee went to. Great place for food, drinks, cocktails and everything! Totally recommended! Awful place. More than an hour till u get your order. Not giving back change and acting distracted.
