We split a bottle of wine on our first visit. It was cosy and the dinner was nice. The second visit I decided to bring more people but there barely was space for two tables to be joined. I'd say it's a crouded place with atmosphere and kitchen. Perfect local place to eat like the locals do. Not expensive at all and at the same time super tasty. The menu is not big, but we found excellent options to have dinner. I'd reccomend the place for everyone who doesnt require shiny tables and fancy service. This place has been a landmark in Plovdiv for so long now... It's the place you go to grab some chips and and talk to your friends. It's like an anchor in time, you always come back to it and it's constantly good. You could also go for a bite there. But for me it was always the place I drank with friends and we laughed until we closed it. So no matter if you are hungry or thirsty, give it a go. Мястото е приятно с вкусна храна. It is place and there is one secret garden under the ground floor of the restaurant. was & staffs were gentle/ polite. They were spoken English too. The pricess were NOT high. The place was so friendly. Vegetarian option is only one, potatoes and they didn't taste at all. It is a bar but they have few draft beers, noting special at all... Food was tasty and was quick and attentive. The grilled meat took some time (~25mins) to prepare, which is also the case in most other restaurants I guess. The menu was only in Bulgarian, so I ordered a plate of cheese by mistake. I just devoured the delicious cheese too and got happily stuffed. They do not accept card payment. The food is ok, but I asked them to stretch the awning another 20 centimeters so that the sun wouldn't burn our hands, and they pretended to be distracted, making some arguments that these few centimeters would disrupt their comfort on one of the hottest days of the year!!! I've been many times here. The food is ok but nothing special. Considering the high prices you would expect a nicer interior and better service. Yet my last experience was waiting 1,5 hours for two dishes and at the end I only got one. I'm not happy. Pojarnata, which translates to The Fire Department :) So you know is punctual and attentive. Always relaxed atmosphere (and weekend bar nights, tried that too - rocks!)).. Few areas you can choose to sit to, like - a small opened garden, a small place next to the bar, a downstairs more private tables and a green, sunny balcony upstairs.
