Highly recommended for a long autumn/winter cold evenings. It says that it closes by 19:00. Guess what?! For our surprises, Black people, as soon as we entered the door, they looked at us , then came one guy, ASSUMING that we don't speak däitsch, told us straight forward that the place is full 😧😤 I won't bring my back there, there's lots of places to choose and play with kids, indoor or outdoor.... so i do not recommend this place We had a very nice B-day Party ! Hi, when entering the parc they allowed us to bring with us food but when we made a break they told us to not eat our food and buy from their shop. It’s very loud with low ceilings in the waiting area. There is no separate room for birthday party’s. No introduction video on safety and no warming up is offered before jumping. Kids are running around, and bumping in each other, due to missing safety instructions. Using the trampoline one at a time doesn’t seem to apply here. A lot to be improved. Very nice place and the workers were all very friendly. Everything was as expected. If I was to improve one thing it would be the disposable plastic cups. I personally would prefer a more sustainable solution.
