Marlborough, United Kingdom Tourist attraction

One of the Best Places To Visits in Broad Hinton Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Magnificent view. If you really like open and green field, you should visit this place. Today weather is really good. Breathtaking scenery for me. Blowing the cobwebs off this new year (2022) was great at the Hackpen white horse. Limited parking along the Wansdyke path which runs above it - cross the road from the carpark and wander along a bit, heading towards Avebury to see the views, big birds of prey, if you are lucky, wild Pony's and also the long haired shaggy cattle Added a few photos from july 2025 looking good, very white and a real there too We had a magical experience here on Friday 20th June, we watch the sun go down over the plains into the Summer Solstices One of the chalk horses only really visible by drone. Field it is situated in is not well kept and contained numerous horses which seemed counterintuitive to preserving the chalk shape. Was fun to see on the drive up and free parking for around 15 cars Really nice place to visit, parking an issue as its teaming with our 'free spirit' friends parked, camping etc everywhere. Roads in are good no issues there. Best view of the white is from the road in, stop at one of the sidings to snap a picture. There is a main trail path leading in both directions across the crest of hill, so good for cycling too. Only 4 stars as the masses which have congregated there made me feel uneasy. Beautiful place with scenic views. The drive up the hill reveals such a beautiful landscape. There’s a small parking area here. I’d say on a busy day you can get around 20 cars parked here. The walk from here to Barbury castle takes around 30 minutes, it is lovely especially during clear skies and sunset. You’ll always come around other walkers, runners and cyclists. I walked from the fort across to the horse... A lovely walk but it was long.. the is easy to find when you get there but really you have to be far away from it to experience it properly The chalk is beautiful and there was plenty of parking. However, there were two actual horses on the grounds that were extremely excitable and one of the horses kicked me in the leg. The brown in particular was chasing every person off their property and I was scared.
