Was looking for somewhere new when I was out and about on my ride. Found the Choppers cafe. Seems a popular hangout for bikers. This was apparently the first Sunday they were open. Food: not the greatest ingredients and a little undercooked. Cost: average I suppose. Ample parking outside well off the road, plenty of tables inside and out as well. This was a 50 mile trip for me but sadly I would not be adding it to my list of future return journeys. Great staff and service. Food is very reasonably priced and well presented with plenty of changeable options. Nothing is too much trouble from a glass of water to full English breakfast and bikers are made to feel more than welcome. A right of passage location for bikers. You'll always have someone to chat to here even if youre an introvert like myself. Good quality cafe fare without the unnecessary bells and whistle. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Plenty of parked for both bikes and cars. Catering sausages are the pits !! I Can't say get your choppers around this on this occasion , I had a burger , fair to middling , my mate bacon sausages hash brown , sausages & hash the birds had them , must be us because the other reviews are fantastic , must have been a off day fella , Typical roadside diner, great food and atmosphere that relys on the people making it.. basically if you like bacon, eggs and engine oil you need to visit Was here last November and liked it so we tried again and this time it was better but still can only give 5 stars would recommend if your hungry and needing a friendly atmosphere come here The food is reasonably priced and there are many options to choose from. I ordered the ‘Fatboy burger’ and my husband the ‘Big breakfast’ and I can really recommend it. A nice place for a short stopover. Today it was cold outside but unfortunately inside the building too, which was not pleasant. This place has gone from being a great place to eat breakfast to the worst I’ve ever had!
