The place gets overcrowded really quickly and has limitted parking spots. The restaurant is a nice place to stop for a quick bite while on the road. It was very busy when we were there but our food came quickly. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the Rhodope ‘patatnik’ advertised on the menu. Unfortunately it was nothing like this wonderful dish and it was a bit of disappointment. The grilled meat however was tasty. Foot was good, staff was kind, place was decorated nicely. It was cold inside and we had to stay with our jackets on. We ordered hot peppers and they came so cold there was jelly on them. I enjoyed the beef stew and I also recommend the Katak (Катък) - it was great! Wonderful place known and popular for its Bulgarian cuisine . Food is delicious and it’s a pleasure to try it. Once you get there you’ll want to try literally everything in the menu. Didn’t wait long until the dishes came. Staff is really friendly, nice and polite. Definitely should have a car or motorbike to get there. Kids friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try meals. Love that place! Service was friendly and river nearby was nice but good quality was lacking Really really amazing food! A must go if you are in the nearby. Very accessibile in w summer evening. They do not take cards, but they accepted payment in Euro.
