Nice place in the center of Plovdiv with cultural activities. Stunning hall. Acoustic is phenomenal and air conditioning is amazing. everything is very clean and organized. My wife and I have attended several concerts here and liked it very much. Good acoustics, good seating, and performances. Ticket office people speak English. Tix are cheap. There is a free coat check, and there is always some art exhibited in the lobby. We park in the underground parking at the Mall Markovo which is only one block away, and also very cheap. Have Fun! Highly recommended for locals and tourists looking for a high-quality cultural experience in Plovdiv! Excited for my first One Dance Festival. It's the main venue and I watched two shows here. The weather was nice so people could stay outside where a mini bar sold drinks. The theater is not big but the rise per row is limited compared to the stage height although the seat back is inclined. It's understandable as it is a multifunctional building. I would recommend row 10-12 for dance performances. Perfect place after the renovation! Must see. Tonality is on the bright side and the place looks spacious. Organization is good. The sound is great. If your height is not so don't buy tickets on the first row on the balcony, because you will struggle to see the whole scene - the balcony front part is a little bit high. If you are hungry, you can eat just across the street, the food is already cooked and you can choose quickly. Only used the dance studio but it is wonderful The building is in different condition depending on if you visit from as an audience or as an artist... The artist side has some renovations due! The building itself is but the main reason to visit is to enjoy one of Opera Plovdiv's shows! (Ballet,Opera or Musical) There are also kids shows I am not very sure about these tho!
