First, we had a conversation over the phone to work out what we were looking for and Robert planned the perfect through the forest then up and over the mountains. The views were amazing and the terrain was easy to navigate. We rented e-bikes and this made it so enjoyable. You get some fitness and exertion without killing yourself. Robert is fun and amicable and made sure everything was perfect before and during the ride. From proper fitting to ensuring we were always comfortable on the trail. We are experienced riders but it was to have a knowledgeable guide to follow so we never had to look at a map or worry about the route. All we had to do is and enjoy! The climbs were a breeze on the e-bikes and the downhills seemed to go on forever! Absolutely EPIC! We did three tours, i.e. Orotava Valley, Punta del Teno and Anaga, leading through an incredible variety of landscapes, vegetation and different terrains. The was really nice. Our guide, Gabriele, was very friendly, relaxed, informative and thoughtful about our safety. He gave us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the incredible views and also took plenty of incredible photos and videos for us. RideBase provided us with powerful and good condition eMTB’s, both hardtail and full suspension. A truly memorable - we will surely do more tours with RideBase on our next visit to Tenerife! Both were absolutely brilliant, knowledge, the group was great, just a day, challenging on the gravel but the team were so supportive.
